The purpose of this survey is to gather students’ feedback on library usage in order to inform library planning.
All responses will be anonymised for reporting purposes. Respondents may choose to submit their DkIT student number in order to enter a raffle (see below).
Respondents can choose not to complete the survey at any stage.

Prizes and raffle:
- Two prizes will be raffled amongst those who fully complete the survey and submit their student number at the time of completion. The student number will be used to verify raffle eligibility.
- 1st prize: ASUS 11.6" CloudBook Q10S (Model: E210MA-GJ001TS)
- 2nd prize: Samsung Galaxy Earbuds (Model: E71012071)
- Cash alternatives are not available.
- To be entered into the prize raffle respondents must be fully registered and current students of Dundalk Institute of Technology.
- Respondents must not have fines, blocks or overdue items on their library account at the time the raffle is taking place.
- One entry per eligible student.
- Closing date for entry is 24th April at 5pm. Surveys completed after this time may be considered as feedback but will not be entered into the prize raffle.
- Prize winners will be drawn at random and will be notified via their Institute student email address.
- Prize winners agree to have their photo taken and used for library PR purposes.
