Research Data Management: Storing Data

This guide will assist researchers in planning for the various stages of managing their research data and in preparing data management plans required with funding proposals.

Where to store your research data?

No specific repository is imposed:  you may deposit data where you wish, provided the data corresponds with the FAIR principles i.e. they are Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Re-Usable.

Repositories

A list of other trusted repositories is available at Re3data. If there is no disciplinary repository available for your data, you can use the Zenodo repository, provided by OpenAIRE and hosted by CERN.

Mendeley Data Storage

Store, share, publish and find research data in Mendeley Data.

Quickly and easily upload files of any type and we will host your research data for you. Your experimental research data will have a permanent home on the web that you can refer to.
