Get an ISBN

ISBN (International Standard Book Number) is a unique number assigned to and used to identify a particular edition of a book, used by publishers, libraries and booksellers. If you publish with a commercial publisher, they will assign an ISBN. To apply for an ISBN to publish the book privately, see the Nielsen UK ISBN Agency Website, or go to the ISBN Store.

ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) is a unique number assigned to a journal or magazine. Assigning an ISSN to a journal maximizes its visibility and discoverability.
