Using Your Library: Library App

The DkIT Library App is free to download onto Apple and Android phones.

With this App you can:

• Search for titles on our catalogue
• My Account:
  • See current loans on your account
  • See a history of loans you borrowed
• Booking Portal
  • Book a library PC or group study room
• Scan the ISBN barcode at the back of a book to see if the library has a copy
  • Useful if you are in a bookshop or are using a friend’s copy.   

All DkIT students and staff can use this application

Once you have installed the App on your device:
Open the app, go to the menu  and click on ‘Sign In’. Enter your Institute username and password 

You are now logged into your Library account which allows you to:

• View loans on your account
• Book a PC or group study room in the library
• Check out items in the library using your phone
